Scientific Name:   Aloe Vera, Aloe barbadensis

Location: South and South Western parts of India.

The flowers and roots of this plant are effective in various skin diseases like dermatitis. The medicine created out of the extract form the plant is used in the treatment of jaundice, piles and amenorrhea. It also has remarkable capability to heal wounds and burns.
